This Agreement is an offer from the Service Operator (Provider/Site owner): Platform MoleculAI to registered users of the moleculs.ai web resource (hereinafter — "Users", "you") to enter into a service agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") under the conditions stated below (hereinafter — the "offer" and/or "Agreement"), addressed to any legally capable individual who has registered or accessed the moleculs.ai web resource.
The Agreement may contain terms as defined in this Agreement (offer) regarding the use of the "moleculs.ai" resource (hereinafter — the "Site").
The moleculs.ai site is not a mass media outlet.
Site — the web resource located on the Internet at the moleculs.ai domain.
The term "Site" shall, depending on context, also include the Site's software, design (graphic layout), Database, any section (subsection) of the Site, and any Information posted on the Site by the Provider.
Provider – The MoleculAI Platform, which holds all necessary rights to the Site, including the right to use the Site's domain name, and administers the Site.
Sign Up – The process of creating a User Account on the Site.
Authorization – The process of identifying a registered User to grant access to the User's Account/personal dashboard, restricted sections, and Site functionality. Authorization may be performed by entering an email address and password, or by using third-party services.
User – A person who has completed the registration process or uses the Site without registration.
User Account/Personal Dashboard – A dedicated subsection of the Site that allows the User to access specific Site functionality as well as their personal information.
User's Personal Information – Any information about the User that is provided voluntarily during registration or while using the Site, as well as data transmitted automatically (IP address, cookies, geolocation, activity data, etc.).
Database – The entirety of information posted on the Site. All information posted on the Site, as well as its selection, grouping, and arrangement, is the intellectual property of the Site owner and/or other rights holders.
Suspension – Temporary suspension of the User's access to the Site, in some cases with a ban on authorization.
Token – A unit of account used for generating text, images, diagrams, videos, speech synthesis, and other operations performed with the Site's AI models.
Content — information obtained from an AI model (artificial intelligence).
Any terms and concepts used in this Agreement that are not defined in the "Terms and Definitions" section shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation or standard internet usage practices.
1.1. This Agreement establishes the rules and conditions for using the Site and constitutes a contract between the User and the Provider.

This document is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). By performing the actions described in this Agreement (registration, payment, actual use), the User accepts the terms of this offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). If you do not agree with these terms, do not perform such actions.
Acceptance of this offer includes: account registration, email/social login confirmation, subscription payment, and/or actual use of the Site.

The Provider offers remote access services to the MoleculAI Platform; the User pays for services according to the Pricing Plans. The scope and volume of services are determined by the active Plan and the current Service configuration.
1.2. Accessing the Site, using the Site, and/or performing any other actions on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the User.
1.3. The Site provides the User with the following types of services:
1.4. The Provider may change the list of available models and configurations by publishing updates in the user dashboard or on the site.
1.5. This Agreement applies to all existing and future services of the Site.
1.6. Services are provided on both a free and paid basis. The terms and pricing for token packages are listed on the Site.
2.1. To access all Site features, the User must complete the registration process on the Site.
2.1.1. The User performs a series of steps to fill out the registration form, which results in the creation of a unique Account for the User.
2.2. Each User may have only one Account on the Site.
2.3. Actions performed by the User on the Site under their Account—whether accessed via email and password or through third-party authorization services—are deemed to have been performed by the User as the Account holder. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed on the Site under their Account, including those performed by any other party using the User's Account.
2.4. The User agrees not to disclose or share their login and password with third parties and to take all reasonable steps to keep them confidential. The User is solely responsible for the security of their password and for any consequences arising from unauthorized or other use. The User must immediately notify the Site owner of any unauthorized access to the Site using their login and password, or any breach (or suspected breach) of password confidentiality.

4.1. The User may purchase token packages to use the Site's services. The current list of token package Plans, their pricing, usage rules, available models, and operating modes are published on the Site.
Prices may be listed in USD and/or other currencies; payments from individuals in Russia are processed in rubles.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period unless canceled in the user dashboard before the renewal date.
If a payment fails, access may be limited until payment is successfully completed.
Trials and promotional offers are subject to the terms specified at the time of sign-up.
4.2. Payment is made through the payment systems available on the Site. Payment is considered complete once the funds are received.
4.3. Payments made for token packages are non-refundable, as services are considered delivered the moment tokens are credited to the User's account.
4.4. Auto-renewal can be canceled in the user dashboard. Access remains active through the end of the paid period.
4.5. No refunds are issued for periods already served, except in cases where technical issues on the Provider's end prevent service use for more than 72 consecutive hours (excluding force majeure) — in which case, a prorated refund for the unserved portion applies (see Appendix B.1).
5.1. The Provider is not liable for any losses the User may incur as a result of intentional or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement, or as a result of unauthorized access to another User's communications.
5.2. The Provider is not responsible for:
5.3. Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable to Users for any information (query results) produced by artificial intelligence (AI models). Such information is generated solely in response to User queries and, due to technical limitations, cannot be controlled by the Provider. The Provider is also not liable for the Site's suitability for the User's goals, expectations, or requirements.
5.4. The Service is provided "as is." The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of results obtained from the User's use of the Site for any specific purpose. Critical areas (medical, legal, financial) require mandatory independent verification.
5.5. The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
5.6. When using the Site, the User is prohibited from: unlawful content; discrimination, violence, or extremism; pornography; infringement of third-party rights; training competing AI models without consent; scraping or circumventing technical restrictions; spam, DDoS, hacking, or malicious code. The Provider reserves the right to block content, accounts, or user profiles for violations of this section.
6.1. The Provider may disclose any information collected about the User of this Site if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding misuse of the Site, or to identify a User who may be violating or interfering with the rights of the site owner or other Users of the Site.
6.2. The site owner has the right to disclose any information about the User deemed necessary to comply with applicable law or court orders, enforce the terms of this Agreement, or protect the rights and safety of the Site owner and its Users.
6.3. The site owner may disclose User information when required or permitted by applicable law.
6.4. The site owner shall not be liable to the User or any third parties for terminating access to the Site if the User violates any provision of this Agreement or any other document containing the Site's terms of use.
7.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Matters not addressed in this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from the relationships governed by this Agreement shall be resolved through the procedures set forth by applicable law.
7.2. The User and the Provider/Site owner will attempt to resolve all disputes and disagreements through negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be submitted to the appropriate court at the Provider's location.
7.3. Consumer protection laws do not apply to the relationship between the User and the Provider under this Agreement, as services are provided free of charge.
7.4. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or any other relationship between the User and the Provider not expressly set forth in this Agreement.
7.5. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
7.6. The Provider's failure to act on a violation of this Agreement by a User or other Users does not deprive the Provider of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests later, nor does it constitute a waiver of the Provider's rights in the event of subsequent similar violations.
7.7. This Agreement may be modified unilaterally by the Provider. The new version of the Agreement takes effect upon posting on the Site at moleculs.ai, unless otherwise specified in the new version. If the User disagrees with any changes made by the Provider, the User must discontinue use of the Site.
A.1. Charges depend on: operation type (text/image/video/audio/ASR/TTS), selected model, context length, and mode (draft/pro/ultra).
A.2. Heavy tasks (video, high resolution, long audio tracks) are billed at a fixed rate per generation or at a higher multiplier.
A.3. Plan limits (monthly/daily) and rollover terms are listed on the pricing page.
A.4. Detailed usage records are available in your account dashboard (time, model, volume, cost in credits).
A.5. Rates may change with advance notice and will apply to future operations.
B.1. Auto-renewal can be canceled in your account dashboard; access remains active until the end of the current period.
B.2. Refunds for past periods are not provided, except in cases of extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by the Provider, in which case a prorated refund will be issued for the unavailable portion.
B.3. Trials and promotions have separate terms (specified at the time of signup).
C.1. A list of model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral, Alibaba/Qwen, and others), payment processors, cloud services, and analytics providers — along with their jurisdictions and links to their policies — is published on the "Third-Party Providers" page.
C.2. Data is shared based on the principle of minimization — only what is necessary to fulfill a request or process a payment.
C.3. For some providers, data processing may occur outside the User's home country. In such cases, the User consents to cross-border data transfer.
D.1. Commission tiers and percentages, attribution windows (cookie/last click/UTM), anti-fraud rules, minimum payout thresholds, and payment schedules are published in the "Affiliate Program" section of the Site.
D.2. Payouts are made under applicable contracts with consideration of relevant tax and regulatory requirements, including AML and sanctions compliance.
D.3. Misleading incentives and aggressive spam practices are prohibited.
E.1. You may not generate or upload unlawful content that infringes third-party rights; you may not attack the Site, bypass limits, automate access outside the official API/SDK, mine cryptocurrency, or engage in similar activities.
E.2. You may not use the Site to create content that clearly violates the policies of AI model providers (including sexualization of minors, terrorism, or instructions for causing harm).
E.3. The violations listed above will result in User account suspension and possible reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
