How do I regain access to my account?

1. On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your account email.
2. If the email hasn't arrived in 10–15 minutes, check your Spam folder.
3. No access to your email, or getting an error during reset? Email admin@moleculs.ai with the subject [ACCESS] and include:
   - account email (required)
   - first/last name
   - approximate date of your last login
   - plan/subscription (if you remember)
   - order/transaction number from your receipt email (if you have one)

**We never ask for passwords or full card details.**

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Subscription management is available in your account → "Billing and subscriptions." There you can switch plans, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription. Your active period stays valid until the end of the paid month.

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the plan's features weren't used. Email admin@moleculs.ai with the subject [REFUND] and attach your transaction ID. Processing takes up to 5 business days.
