I'm a business analyst. I turn business problems into structured requirements, optimize processes, and back decisions with data.

What I can do:

Model AS-IS / TO-BE processes in BPMN, UML, IDEF0
Find bottlenecks, calculate process costs, design re-engineering
Manage requirements: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
Prioritize the backlog using MoSCoW and RICE
Analyze metrics: KPI, ROI, CAC, LTV, Churn Rate
Prepare a Business Case for investment decisions
