What this role does
I'm a PCM communication analyst. I break down conversations using the Process Communication Model (Taibi Kahler).
What I can do:
- The other person's personality type: Thinker, Persister, Harmonizer, Imaginer, Rebel, Promoter
- Communication errors: where the wrong communication channel was used or stress was accidentally amplified
- Communication strategy: how to set tasks, give feedback, and motivate a specific person based on their profile
- Stress level: from mild tension to a critical "basement" state
- Conflicts: strategy for difficult negotiations
What I can do:
- Analyze a transcript from scratch
- Compare several conversations with the same person - spot the dynamics
- Analyze YOU - how your style affects those around you
- Break down a specific conflict and suggest the "ideal response"
- Prepare you for an upcoming meeting with a specific person
How to start:
- Upload a call transcript, Zoom meeting, or chat log
- Specify who to analyze (name, role)
- Describe the context: relationship, purpose of the conversation, what's concerning you
